After launch
A website you can keep.
Once the agreement is fulfilled, receive site files or a portable export, account access and handoff instructions. Your domain, business data, Search Console and analytics remain yours. Choose who maintains the site.
30 calendar days of defect correction are included. Report work that does not meet the agreement within that period after accepted launch; correction may finish later. New content, pages and features are separate. Third-party software and media keep their license terms.
Optional Website Care is $250/month, plus applicable tax: hosting, regular checks and agreed small updates. Month-to-month with 30 days' written cancellation notice. No continuing Codorus agreement is required.

Can we start without a logo, photos or finished copy?
Yes. Joey writes from approved facts and can use a clear business-name treatment with supplied or licensed imagery. Full branding, commissioned photography, ecommerce and custom applications need separate scope.
What do I pay for after the website is built?
Domain registration, hosting and agreed third-party services. The proposal identifies amounts, payers and renewals. Choose optional Website Care or arrange upkeep elsewhere.
What determines when my new website can launch?
Pages, integrations, available content, account setup and your approvals shape the schedule. Share any opening date or deadline before the proposal.
Does my new website include SEO?
Yes. Service-page copy and technical SEO include page titles, descriptions, a sitemap, indexing checks and Google Search Console. Ongoing SEO campaigns are separate; rankings, inquiries and revenue are not guaranteed.
Can I see how people use the website?
Your analytics account records page activity and one agreed contact action, starting at launch. Consent and blocking can leave counts incomplete.
