Project conversations and rebuild quotes are free. A Check is optional. Let’s talk about your project.

See the problem and how to repeat it: Each issue records the page, browser conditions, screenshots, reproduction steps, visitor impact, priority and recommended action.
Know what was checked: Confirmed problems, observations and unchecked areas are distinguished. No confirmed problems is a valid result; the Check cannot promise to find every issue.
Ask questions after you read it: Send one set of questions and request an optional 15-minute call within seven calendar days of delivery. Substantiated report errors are corrected free, independently of that window. Changes and further testing are separate.

What Joey checks

Up to five public pages on one website: navigation, links, layout, content, keyboard use, contact buttons, form fields and one main contact path. Desktop and mobile browser emulation are included; physical-device testing is not.

What is outside the Check

No repairs, login areas, checkout, purchases, security testing, accessibility certification or inbox-delivery verification. Form checks stop before live submission. This is not website certification or an error-free guarantee.

Which browsers and screen sizes are included?

Desktop Chromium at 1440 × 900 and mobile WebKit browser emulation at 390 × 844. Exact conditions are recorded in the report.

Agree the pages and a slot, then pay the $149 invoice. Delivery is within three business days after the agreed start, with pages and payment ready. Joey confirms the date in writing. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, in Eastern time.

Receive a full refund if you cancel before work or Joey cannot complete the Check. If pages become unavailable, agree any scope or schedule change before proceeding.

If you later choose a rebuild

Credit the $149 toward a rebuild.

The same customer can apply the full $149 once to a full Codorus rebuild of the reviewed website. Sign the rebuild agreement and pay its required deposit within 60 calendar days of report delivery. The rebuild may start later.

No cash value or credit for refunded Checks. One Check credit per rebuild; not applicable to Care, repairs, hosting or third-party costs.

A Check is never required for a quote or build. Every new website and rebuild includes its agreed launch checks.
