One project, quoted to your scope. The proposal sets the pages, full price, schedule and approval points before you commit.
You supply the business knowledge. Share accurate facts, available material and account access, then approve the copy and design. Joey writes, builds and checks the site.
Technical SEO is included. Service-page copy, titles, descriptions, a sitemap, indexing checks and Google Search Console. Rebuilds include agreed redirects from old URLs.
Launch includes the contact path. Joey checks form delivery to your inbox, accounts for business email during domain changes and prepares recovery instructions.

New-site measurement begins at launch; rebuilds use earlier data when available. Consent and blocking can leave counts incomplete.

Your website after launch
Keep your website after launch.
Once the agreement is fulfilled, receive site files or a portable export, account access and handoff instructions. Your domain, business data and measurement accounts remain yours.
30 calendar days of defect correction are included after accepted launch. Report work that does not meet the agreement within that period; corrections may finish later. New pages, features and content changes are separate.
Choose who maintains the site. No ongoing Codorus agreement is required. Continuing costs are explained in advance, and third-party licenses still apply.
Optional Website Care is $250/month, plus applicable tax. Hosting, regular checks and agreed small updates; month-to-month with 30 days' written cancellation notice.

What should I bring to the first conversation?
Share your services, area, website if you have one, and any budget or launch constraints. Finished copy, a logo and project photos are not needed to start.
What affects the launch date?
Page count, content gaps, integrations and any site move shape the schedule. Your fact checks, approvals and account access also matter. The proposal identifies these before you commit.
Is ongoing SEO included?
Service-page copy and technical SEO are included. Ongoing campaigns and continuing content work are separate. Rankings, inquiries and revenue are not guaranteed.
What needs a separate scope?
Full branding, commissioned photography, ecommerce, custom applications and ongoing campaigns. Domain, hosting and other continuing costs are disclosed in the proposal.
Optional form spam protection
Reduce automated form spam.
For Codorus-built sites, optional Cloudflare Turnstile checks requests before email delivery. Setup covers your business-owned account, integration, server verification and a labeled delivery test. Price and support are agreed separately. Human-written spam can still get through.
