Ownership and after launch
Keep your website after launch.
Once the agreement is fulfilled, keep the website and choose its maintainer. Your domain, business data, Search Console and analytics accounts remain yours.
30 calendar days of defect correction are included. Report work that does not meet the agreement within that period after accepted launch; correction may finish later. New pages, features and content changes are separate.
Receive site files or a portable export, account access and handoff instructions. Third-party software and media keep their license terms.
Hosting, domain and other continuing costs, payers and renewals are explained before you commit. No ongoing Codorus agreement is required.
Optional Website Care is $250/month, plus applicable tax, with hosting, regular checks and agreed small updates.

What affects the cost of a website redesign?
Page count, new writing, project stories, integrations and migration work shape the quote. Joey sets the full price and continuing costs before you commit.
How long does a rebuild take?
Pages, content gaps, integrations and the site move shape the schedule. Account access and your approvals also matter. The proposal states when each input is needed.
What happens to my old links and business email?
Joey plans agreed redirects, accounts for business email before domain changes and checks form delivery through to your inbox. Handoff includes access and recovery instructions.
Does a rebuild include SEO?
Yes. Service-page copy, page titles and descriptions, Google Search Console, sitemap submission, indexing checks and agreed redirects. Ongoing campaigns are separate; rankings, inquiries and revenue are not guaranteed.
Can I see how people use the rebuilt website?
Your analytics account records page activity and one agreed contact action. Earlier data provides a comparison when available. Consent and blocking can leave counts incomplete.
What falls outside the standard rebuild?
Brand identity, motion graphics, commissioned photography, ecommerce, custom applications, advertising and ongoing publishing. Extra work is agreed before you commit.
