What the monthly fee covers

Your monthly upkeep, covered.

Hosting and maintenance: Normal hosting, maintenance and security-update reviews, with a recovery path ready. Agree hosting limits and renewal responsibilities before service starts.
Regular checks: Monthly checks cover forms and delivery, key pages, links, search settings and measurement health. Mobile, accessibility and loading speed receive a deeper review quarterly.
One hour of supplied updates: Replacement text, project photos, hours or contact details on existing pages. Send the material for Joey to make the change.
A monthly report: See completed work, issues and next steps, with a basic website activity snapshot where data is available.

Your update hour

The hour covers making, checking and publishing supplied changes to existing pages. Unused time does not roll over. Routine maintenance and covered defects do not use it.

Work and costs outside the plan

New pages, original writing, redesigns, integrations and ongoing SEO are separate. Domain renewal, email and unusual provider charges are extra. Agree any additional work or spending first.

Agree site eligibility, hosting limits, support arrangements and the start date in writing before Care begins.

Your choice after launch

Your website stays yours.

Your build already includes 30 calendar days of in-scope defect correction after accepted launch. Care is optional paid upkeep.

Leave with 30 days' written notice. Keep your agreed website rights, with site files or a portable export and a documented transfer path. Hosting and other continuing services still need a payer.

Can you care for a site someone else built?

Care is for Codorus-built marketing websites. For another provider’s site, Joey can discuss whether a rebuild fits. A request does not enroll a website.

Does Care include round-the-clock support?

No 24/7 support or uptime guarantee is included. Support follows your written arrangements, with maintenance reviews and a prepared recovery path.

Does Care include ongoing SEO?

It checks existing search settings and measurement health. Keyword research, new content, ongoing campaigns and detailed growth analysis are outside the plan.
