Regular checks
Monthly checks cover forms and delivery, key pages, links, search settings and measurement health. Mobile, accessibility and loading speed receive a deeper review quarterly.
One hour of supplied content updates
Keep existing pages current with replacement text, project photos, opening hours or contact details. You supply the material; Joey makes, checks and publishes the agreed changes within the hour.
A monthly report
See completed work, issues and next steps, with a basic website activity snapshot where data is available. Activity counts are not the same as confirmed customers.
Clear limits, agreed in advance
Small updates have a place. Bigger changes get their own scope.
Your update hour
The monthly hour includes making, checking and publishing supplied changes to existing pages. Unused time does not roll over. Routine maintenance and covered defects do not use it.
Work and costs outside the plan
New pages, original writing, redesigns, integrations, platform migrations, ongoing SEO and conversion-improvement work are separate. Domain renewal, email and unusual provider charges are extra. Additional work or spending is agreed first.
Your support after launch
Know what's included before you choose ongoing care.
Your included project review
Standard marketing-website projects already include a review around 30 days after launch: a one-page assessment, up to three recommended next steps and a discussion of up to 30 minutes. You do not need Care to receive it. Further improvements outside the project's agreed scope are quoted separately.
Defect reporting
If delivered work does not meet the agreement, report it within 30 calendar days after accepted launch. Corrections may finish later. Care is not required for covered corrections; new pages, features and content changes are separate work.
Optional ongoing Care
Care provides the recurring hosting, checks, supplied updates and reporting described above. Its monthly report records upkeep and available activity; it does not include ongoing conversion improvement or a growth campaign.
Your website, your choice
Keep control of what you've built.
No ongoing Codorus agreement is required to retain the website rights granted by your fulfilled project agreement. Your domain, business data and measurement accounts remain yours. Third-party licenses still apply.
Leave Care with 30 days' written notice. Keep your agreed website rights, with site files or a portable export and a documented transfer path. Hosting and other continuing services still need a payer.

Can you care for a site someone else built?
This plan is for supported Codorus-built marketing websites. For another provider's site, Joey can discuss whether a rebuild fits. An inquiry does not enroll a website.
Does Care include round-the-clock support?
No 24/7 support or uptime guarantee is included. Support follows your written arrangements, with maintenance reviews and a prepared recovery path.
Will Care bring more people to my website?
Care checks existing search settings and measurement health. Keyword research, new content, ongoing campaigns and detailed growth analysis are outside the plan. Care does not guarantee rankings, inquiries or revenue.
