Privacy
This notice explains how Joseph Kubalak, operating publicly under the name Codorus Web and known publicly as Joey Kubalak, handles information sent through project inquiries.

Information you choose to provide
A project inquiry includes your name, email, company, a description of what you need help with, and your acknowledgement of this notice. You may also provide your current website; that field is optional.
A free SEO Snapshot request instead asks for your name, email, website and service region, confirmation that you own or are authorized to represent the business, and acknowledgement of this notice. The website is required for a Snapshot. The form also identifies the request as an SEO Snapshot for handling.
Do not submit passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive information.
How the information will be used
Codorus Web may use submitted information to:
- Review whether the request fits the service
- Reply and ask for relevant context
- Manage a resulting project conversation
- Protect the website and address misuse
- Maintain appropriate business records
Service providers and sharing
This site is hosted by Netlify. Project inquiries sent through the form are processed through Netlify Forms, including its configured abuse-prevention controls. Netlify sends form-notification emails. Microsoft 365 from GoDaddy hosts the private inbox that receives those notifications.
Messages sent to the public mailbox and replies are handled through Microsoft 365 from GoDaddy. Google provides the optional visitor analytics described below.
Codorus Web will not sell information submitted in a project inquiry.
Technical information
A hosting and form provider may process an IP address, browser or device details, request information, timestamps, and abuse-prevention signals when delivering the site or protecting a submission.
Optional visitor analytics
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics helps Codorus Web understand how visitors find and use the website. It records page visits, basic device and browser information, approximate location, session and engagement activity, email link clicks, and a successful response to a project-inquiry form submission. A successful form response does not prove that an inquiry reached an inbox or became a client. Google also collects automatic events such as first visits, session starts, and engagement.
Form answers, names, email addresses, and arbitrary URL parameters are not sent to Google Analytics. Page addresses omit query strings and fragments. External referring addresses are reduced to their website origin, and only recognized Codorus campaign labels are included. Google receives technical connection information, including an IP address used to derive approximate location; Google says it does not log or store individual IP addresses in Google Analytics 4.
Analytics stays off until you accept, and declining does not affect the form or other website features. Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. You can change it using Privacy settings near the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection and removes this site's Google Analytics cookies. It does not erase data already collected. If browser storage is blocked, your choice may last only for the current page.
After acceptance, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish visits and sessions, with a maximum configured lifetime of 180 days. Detailed event and user data is configured for two months of retention without extending that period when a visitor returns. Aggregate measurement reports are kept for 36 months. Advertising features, Google Signals, user-provided data collection, and enhanced measurement are disabled. Codorus does not use analytics for advertising personalization.
Google may process information in the United States and other countries. Read Google's Privacy Policy and Google's explanation of location and IP-address handling .
Retention
Requests closed before qualification are kept for 180 days. Qualified opportunity records that do not become an active client relationship are kept for 24 months. If an active business relationship begins, related inquiry and opportunity records are kept until 12 months after it ends. Client project records are kept as required by the project agreement, accounting rules, and law.
Your choices
You may ask Codorus Web to access, correct, or delete information you submitted. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business obligations. Send privacy requests to hello@codorusweb.com.
Other websites
Work pages may link to client or third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.
Changes
This notice may change as providers, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
