This notice explains how Joseph Kubalak, operating publicly under the name Codorus Web and known publicly as Joey Kubalak, handles information sent through website-review requests.

Information you choose to provide
A website-review request may include your name, email, company, role, current website, business market, project context, available proof, desired timing, budget readiness, and referral source.
Do not submit passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive information.
How the information will be used
Codorus Web may use submitted information to:
- Review whether the request fits the service
- Reply and ask for relevant context
- Manage a resulting project conversation
- Protect the website and address misuse
- Maintain appropriate business records
Service providers and sharing
This site is hosted by Netlify. Website-review requests sent through the form are processed through Netlify Forms, including its configured abuse-prevention controls.
Requests sent to the public mailbox, form notifications, and replies are handled through Microsoft 365 from GoDaddy. No visitor analytics or advertising trackers are enabled.
Codorus Web will not sell information submitted in a website-review request.
Technical information
A hosting and form provider may process an IP address, browser or device details, request information, timestamps, and abuse-prevention signals when delivering the site or protecting a submission.
Retention
Unqualified or closed inquiries are retained for 180 days. Qualified opportunity records are retained for 24 months, or for the duration of an active relationship plus 12 months. Client records are retained as required by contract, accounting, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask Codorus Web to access, correct, or delete information you submitted. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business obligations. Send privacy requests to hello@codorusweb.com.
Other websites
Work pages may link to client or third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.
Changes
This notice may change as providers, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
